Well done to everyone that participated in our 2019/2020 season. Sadly it did not end the way we would have liked. However Rick has scoured the club night times and we have produced a list of club champs to be awarded virtually! Not as satisfying as a carnival day but we are trying to make the best of the situation, given the pool will not be operating again until term 4. Rest assured these champions all have a trophy or medal waiting, just as soon as we determine a safe way for them to be collected. Please DO NOT come to the school to collect until we notify of the arragments, sorry.

Club Appreciation Awards
Swim club is about kids learning to swim, interacting with other kids, having fun, and getting comfortable with their ability. Let’s also not forget, that in the background, it’s also about parents & guardians meeting up with others and supporting the kids!
Behind the scenes we have committee members, coaches, volunteering parents and guardians, and others who want to make sure that the swim club can operate to the best that it can. A lot of these people work tirelessly behind the scenes, stepping up to do marshalling, time keeping, record keeping, canteen work, organising, coaching, looking after the kids… and making sure we’re all being fed at the BBQ.
We recognise that every person assisting with the BBQ, from ordering, collecting produce, preparing the spread, cooking and cleaning up afterwards, is appreciated! We would like to make special mention of a couple of Mums and Dads that have helped organise, participate and co-ordinate a lot at the BBQ. We appreciate all the help provided by Michael & Lauren Webster and Lee & Gail Kirkman, for their contribution, assistance and organisation at the BBQ, throughout the various events & carnivals.
Lastly the club would like to recognise the ongoing and all round support of Damon Stein. Especially for his relentless work time keeping and preparing carnivals. And for being the club president this year!
